Return and Refund Policy

This policy is governed by the Law of CN.

1. Eligibility

All physical goods sold on hzsmallitems.com support return & refund applications within 30 calendar days after buyer receives the parcel.

Goods must meet all below conditions:

• Unworn, unused, complete original package, tags, accessories intact;
• No man-made scratches, deformation, discoloration or damage;
• Custom jewelry, clearance discounted items are non-refundable & non-returnable.

2. Application Steps

1. Contact customer service via official email or phone with order number, product photos and delivery receipt within 30 days;
2. Our team reviews your request within 3 working days and send return address if approved;
3. Send back goods with original packaging and keep logistics tracking number.

3. Refund Rules

• If return caused by our mistake (wrong item, defective goods): We cover return shipping cost;
• If buyer changes mind / wrong size: Buyer bears return freight;
• After we receive & inspect returned goods, full refund will be processed via original payment channel within 5–10 working days.

4. Rejection Circumstances

We reserve the right to refuse refund if:

• Application submitted over 30 days after receipt;
• Goods damaged artificially, missing package/tags;
• Provide fake order or logistics proof.
